Personal Training

Thank you for choosing Carmel Total Fitness for your personal training! We are pleased to be an important part of your community and to serve your fitness needs. We are dedicated and prepared to assist you with strength training, sport specific conditioning, post rehabilitative exercises, weight loss programs, nutritional consulting, and cardiovascular fitness.

Our curriculum provides an excellent opportunity for you as a client to enhance your physical capabilities safely at your own pace. Improved performance capacity and comprehensive fitness knowledge are the ultimate goals of our programs.

The initial consultation will be used to attain your health history information which will help us develop a personalized fitness program based on your personal goals, needs, and abilities depending on your situation. Existing diet will also be discussed.

We will then go through a workout. This workout will inform us of any limitations which will help us design a safe, effective and practical exercise start-up routine. Each workout will be different and never be repeated. Variety is the key.

In the future, we will reevaluate and alter the program as we see fit to keep shocking your body and keep it guessing. Your progress will be monitored and recorded. There will also be scheduled measurements and weigh-ins along the way.

As Carmel's Premier Fitness Facility we are extremely dedicated to help you reach your personal fitness goals and needs. We will do everything in our power to educate, guide and direct you towards attaining the results you are striving for in a safe and effective manner.
