All classes are co-ed.
Athletes In Motion
This class consists of extreme cardio featuring sports drills, jumping, power lunges, etc. Upper body strength and abdominal work included.
This class is high energized using explosive moves to take your heart rate to another level. Medicine balls, tubes, body bars, and weights are used for body sculpting as well.
Instructor will take you through hills, valleys, and sprints throughout the hour class with fun energetic music. Difficulty level is adjustable on each bike by each member's own choice of resistance.
This class is specifically designed to tone and shape the overall physique. Class incorporates free weights, medicine balls, tubes, body bars, and exercise balls.
This class is a combination of cardio and strength training. Instructor will lead you through a variety of drills and promises to leave you sweating.
This class is designed to take you through a variety of step combinations along with strengthening and stretching your body.
Cardio Tae Box
Punch, kick, jumb and jab combos. Finishing with standing core work.
P.A.C.E. (Power Aerobics Circuit Energy)
Combination of high intensity cardio, strength, and Tabata intervals for a fast paced,adrenaline rush workout.
Level: All Levels Welcome
This class works the entire body implementing LOW IMPACT exercises concentrating on strength, core, balance, and flexibility.
CTF "Fit Mix"
CTF “Fit Mix”- Want variety in your classes? Well, you got it! This class will combine many disciplines from one of our most experienced Trainers / Instructors. Every Thursday our Instructor will throw at you a healthy “Mix” of many different classes and pull elements from her resources and experience as a PT to bring a fresh take to the average CTF class. Check it out, you never know…..
Level: Moderate - high Time: 1 hr.
This class uses controlled movements in form of mat exercises or equipment. Pilates does a remarkable job of toning and strengthening your body.
Pilates (Barre- Lates)
Barre-Lates a fusion of Ballet Barre and Pilates. This power class will have you working your legs, glutes, core and upper body in a non-impact way but with an intensity that will leave you feeling worked.
Power Pilates Core
Level: All levels welcome
Pilates like class with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, and posture.
Level I: Low
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (A group exercise class for older adults designed to increase strength and flexibility.)
Level II: Moderate
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercised.
This class is 30-40 min of strength training followed by 30-40 min of meditation in motion using yoga techniques. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Rock Bottom (Legs/Butt)
Lower body sculpt. 30 min of nonstop lower body exercises.
Heart Race Cycle
30 min of intense cycling combining speed, climbing, and jumping.
Upper Body Blast (Awesome Arms)
20 min upper body toning and sculpting with the use of bars, bands, weights, and medicine balls.
60 min of intense group training with the use of weights, boot camp like exercises, and cardio cycling. Education on proper diet techniques for optimum results and performance.
