Without a doubt, aerobics are particularly helpful for weight control. Research consistently shows that regular physical activity, combined with healthy eating habits, is the most efficient and healthful way to control your weight. Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain it, you should understand the important role of physical activity and include it in your lifestyle. Below is a list of our classes and their levels. List of Classes and Descriptions:
(all classes are coed)

Interval Training
Level: Moderate
A one hour class using high-energy cardio moves along with body sculpting. This class will allow you to get your heart rate up and down.

Boot Camp
Level: Moderate-High
This class is high energized using explosive moves to take your heart rate to another level. Medicine balls, tubes, body bars, and weights are used for body sculpting as well.

Cycling/Spinning
Level: Moderate-high
Instructor will take you through hills, valleys, and sprints throughout the hour class with fun energetic music. Difficulty level is adjustable on each bike by each member’s own choice of resistance.

Body Sculpting
Level: Moderate
This class is specifically designed to tone and shape the overall physique. Class incorporates free weights, medicine balls, tubes, body bars, and exercise balls.

Fusion
Level: Moderate-High
This class is a combination of cardio and strength training. Instructor will lead you through a variety of drills and promises to leave you sweating.

Variety Body Sculpting and Stretching
Level: Low-Moderate
Relaxing low-key music is used to help strengthen and stretch your body. Exercise and stretches are designed to provide a full-body workout.

Step/Stretch Interval
Level: Moderate
This class is designed to take you through a variety of step combinations along with strengthening and stretching your body.

Third Degree Step

Level: Moderate-High
This class is a step class with anaerobic intervals and also incorporates weight training.

Hips/Butt/Gut
Level: Moderate
A variety of equipment is used to tone the three areas stated. I promise to leave your hips/butt/gut burning by the end of class.

Cardio Kickboxing
Level: Moderate
Workouts include cardio-endurance, some muscle burning activities, sets of abdominal work, and then finish with a relaxing stretching session.

Yoga
Level: Low-Moderate
This class utilizes stretching routines common in Martial Arts, Gymnastics, and Dance to increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Cardio Interval
Level: Moderate-High
This is a class filled with a variety of cardio movements for 3-5 minutes followed by 1.5-2 minutes of body sculpting using a variety of equipment.

Abs/Core Upper Body

Level: Low-Moderate
This class focuses primarily on abdominal-core strength training. Segments of other muscle groups may be targeted as well.

Cardio Step Interval/Body Sculpt

Level: Moderate-High
In this class we start off with stretching, and then we begin with 10-15min. intervals of cardio step, then combinations of strength and/or tone and body sculpting training in-between.

Thighs/Hamstrings/Gluts
Level: Low-Moderate
This class focuses primarily on toning and firming up the lower body. Stretching and flexibility exercises are also incorporated.

Vitality
Level: Low
This class is designed for beginners and those who want low-impact exercises that work the entire body.

Seniors Special Class

Level: Lowest
This class will consist of evercises to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and flexibility. It is designed for all fitness levels from more active people or those just getting started or have restrictions.

Zumba

Level: Moderate
This is a latin dance aerobics class. It involves fun music and funky dance inspired moves that leaves you sweating.

Pilates Mat
Level: Moderate
This class uses controlled movements in form of mat exercises or equipment. Pilates does a remarkable job of toning and strengthening your body.
