Racquetball Court

Our regulation size racquetball court is available to all members of Carmel Total Fitness. It is preferred that reservations be made in advance.

Basketball Court

Our full court basketball court is available to all members of Carmel Total Fitness. Two glass backboards and break-away goals. This CTF amenity is available on a first come first serve basis.  Reservations can be made in advance.  Please contact front desk for details.

State of the Art Resistance

Equipment Including Free Weights

Carmel Total Fitness houses over 5000 square feet of weight equipment. This includes new state of the art Life Fitness pieces, Hammer Strength, Rubber Dumbbells, Rubber Preset Barbells and enough free weights that our membership should never stand in line for an exercise.

Cardio Equipment with Cardio Theater

Carmel Total Fitness has over 60 pieces of cardio equipment with flat screen TV's on each cardio piece. This is in addition to our spinning equipment and group fitness classes.

Fitness Sauna

Carmel Total Fitness' Sauna is the perfect place to sit and relax after a hard workout. Whether you just finished an intense lifting program or a high impact group fitness class, the fitness sauna is perfect to help you unwind.

Stand Up Tanning Booth

If you like tanning and want to add some color to your skin CTF has the answer. A stand up tanning booth has been added to CTF's line up of extra amenities. There is an small additional fee for the use of the tanning booth. Please call for pricing and more information.
